Cohuna Neighbourhood House with the support of FRRR Funding have launched regular group sessions in Leitchville, Koondrook and Cohuna.

In a social setting come along and enjoy sharing your work and skills, inspire others and to create a space for all to enjoy.

Mixed Fitness Class

Join NDCH, CNH and Belinda guiding participants 65+ through a mixed cardio - strength - Pilates group class with modifications for every body.

Every Monday 10.45am - 11.30am.  Cost $10
